Actually everything was awesome, my next choice again in Plano. I loved its nice building. Bedroom was comfortable and staff was absolutely excellent. Service was exceptional there too. Breakfast was awesome and warm, they served hot waffles, eggs and bacon.
My room had awful view.

The rooms with a comfotable sleeper sofa and New furniture, for example. Location not far from resteraunts, other stores plus a mini store in the lobby and the freeway.

We loved the stay, it was a very nice experience. Beautifully designed hotel with a nice pool and decent location close to downtown. The rooms were amazing and brand-new, the staff was outstanding.

It was a decent stay. The staff was very cordial, breakfast was great and location was unbelievable. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and rooms were themed. Hotel was clean and the service was spectacular.

Relaxing rooms, elegant staff, incredible beds. The breakfast was delicious and you could try hot waffles, eggs and bacon etc. Pool was clean and there was a popular restaurant on site.

Rooms are fine, location is BEST POSSIBLE and staff is genuinely nice. Excellent view of islands.
